This is our dream home. We purchased 18 acres from a local farmer in early 2003 who had subdivided approximately 40 acres into 4 lots. The subdivision consists of 2 five acre lots, 1 ten acre lot and 1 eighteen acre lot. Presently there are two developed lots (one 10 acre and 0urs at 18 acres) and two undeveloped lots. The ground had raised mainly alfalfa as a cash crop. Our home site shown in the aerial photograph sits on approximately 2 acres. There is approximately 10 acres of tillable ground that is presently planted in barley.
